Sabsan Holidays cannot issue visa and is not responsible for the approval, rejection or the delay in Visa processing. • At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport, Sabsan Holidays will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. • Between the ages of 0 to 1.99 years consider as Infant passenger and between the ages of 2 to 11.99 years consider as child passenger. • Child age 12 Years or above consider as Adult passenger and Adult Tour price will be applicable • An adult must accompany children from 2 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities • International check in time at hotel after 02.00PM and check out time 11.00AM. It may vary based on destinations and availability. • Maximum 3 people are allowed in one room. • Only 01 extra bed allowed in the room. • The breakfast timing at international hotels is mostly from 6:30 hrs to 10:00 hrs. • The pick-up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location. • The actual transfer timing may vary up to 30/60 minutes +/- to the time listed on the website. • Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months. • We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream. • Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours. • Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it. • No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation. • Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines. • Smoking and liquor consumption in public areas is not allowed. • Some tours require your original passport or ID card, so please ensure that to carry during the tour if required, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory. • What we mean by ‘seat-in-coach’ is to make available comfortable van / bus/ coach for arrivals, departures, or sightseeing. However, please be informed that when you choose to tour on SIC basis, you will be required to share transportation with other guests.
