Take Action…Let’s face it...your dreams are worth nothing, your plans for your home based franchise will never come to light and all of your goals will be impossible to make unless you take the action necessary to make them all come true.

It continues to blow my mind that people come to me with big plans, huge goals, and lofty dreams for their home based franchise; all of them attainable, yet little to no action is taken.

So many of us want the lifestyle of the wealthy, yet do not take the action that is necessary to have that lifestyle. On the surface it might look like the wealthy were born wealthy and I guess to be honest, some of them were...but most have had to take massive action to get to where they are today. Don’t let anyone tell you any different.

So what is holding you back? Is it fear? Is it procrastination? The only way that you are going to overcome fear and procrastination is by taking action without any hesitation and taking action now. Putting off until tomorrow is simply delaying the accomplishment of your goals, delaying the success in your home based franchise to yet another day.

Taking action, like anything else...must become a habit. The more action you take, the more activity you generate, the quicker you will see your goals and dreams materialize. If you take no or little action then, my friends, that is exactly what you will receive.

Listen, I wish that your success and your dreams would come to you like a windfall...and who knows maybe they will. But the reality of a windfall happening is not likely and the longer you wait to take the real action needed to realize the goals that you have made for yourself...the longer it will take to actually realize your personal success, your success in your home based franchise, and your ultimate destiny. It quite honestly is as simple as that.

Make the commitment to yourself that today you will start to take the action that is necessary to start living the lifestyle of your dreams. As you take the first step, the second step will become a bit easier and then the third will be easier still. By the time you know it taking the necessary steps for success will be a habit easily performed and you will then be well on your way to the success waiting for you in your home based business and beyond. See you at the top.

Back in the late 1980’s, the Honda Motor Company ran a memorable series of commercials, the basic premise of which was that the company’s cars were so amazing, they sold themselves. This commercial’s “hook” was that it featured a salesman who was bored out of his mind and had nothing to do because the cars were so in demand they were practically walking off the lot. The brand’s slogan at the time was “Honda, the car that sells itself.” Ha!

Excerpt from the book "Chase the Championship - Kicking Ass, Taking Names and Becoming a Dealmaker!" Stay far away from the boss’s underlings when you are in search of a decision. The heads of Marketing, IT, Human Resources, or whoever else is part of the “decision-making chain” for the product or service that you are selling should never be the people that you go after for a commitment.
