How to introduce a new worker in a letter might be a big question for any employer. Here I am going to briefly highlight a pattern of new employee introduction letter that can assist an employer in introducing his new worker to clients, customers or coworkers. So have a look.
A Guideline to Letter of Introduction Templates

New employee introduction letter always gets a start with words like ‘Dear Staff’ or ‘Dear Staff Members’ to draw the attention of the workers. Next to it, new employee is directly introduced with his or her self introduction. His experiences are further discussed along with specifications of the key areas he had already served. In the end, areas are further mentioned for which he or will put his efforts.

Dear Staff Members,

I am glad to introduce our new employee Monk David who has acknowledged our offer for the post of marketing manager. Today he has formally joined us. All of you are requested to join in main conference room at 5 p.m. to meet and greet the new employee.

In order to manage the development process of new product, David will also assist in working with development teams.
Launching campaigns for new items and organizing proper distribution channels will also be managed under his supervision.
He will also ensure effective marketing communication with the help of Medias like print media, websites and advertising.
Management of marketing staff and other agencies plus analysis of the success of all efforts put in marketing plan.

So, finally, David will closely interact with product development procedures.
