Have you ever heard of the saying, “What others think of you is none of your business?”

Have you allowed the negative opinion of someone else to become your truth?

If your answer is yes to the question above, this article is for you.

Do not allow another person’s negative opinion to become your truth.

By repeating their opinion to yourself constantly you are embedding their opinions of yourself into your own thoughts.

Their truth may not be your truth but it will sound more believable the more you repeat it to yourself.

Commit to self- acceptance.

Put an end to self-mutilation by someone else’s opinion…

When you self-mutilate your soul, you are cutting away at your own happiness and self-worth.

Why give someone else the power to control your happiness?

Make the choice to do your own soul searching.

When you know and accept who you are, no one else can tell you differently.

“Accepting someone else’s negative opinion as your truth is like self-mutilation to your own soul” Latorria Pier

Matthew 11:28-30 NLT

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burde
I give you is light.”
