Although most people are fully aware of the benefits of working out, our personal or professional commitments may cause us to be unable to devote sufficient time for long exercise routines. Therefore, I am going to share with you in this article, some easy exercise routines which can be completed in a short period of time!
Adults require at least half an hour of moderate intensity work out sessions at least three to four times a week. The following are some fun and effective exercises to help you keep in lean and good shape.
First of all, brisk walking is definitely one of the easiest work out options for people who are too busy to travel to the gym. If you find that you do not have half an hour to brisk walk, you may walk for 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night instead! The best part about brisk walking is that you can perform it anywhere you wish! You can take a brisk walk on a cool, breezy night around your neighborhood!
Next, cycling is also a very fun exercise. Similar to brisk walking, you can spend 20 minutes cycling around your neighborhood. If you need to buy some grocery, you can even cycle to your local supermarket instead of driving there! This will help you achieve your objective as well as help you burn some excess fats.
Another great and simple exercise will be the push up. This upper body work out can help to strengthen your arms, chest and shoulders. Additionally, push ups will also help you improve the strength of your core muscles, helping you improve your posture too!
Squats are also another awesome exercise to get you into good shape. Squats performed with free weights will help you quickly tone up the muscles of your legs. If you are squatting without the presence of weights, then you should perform more repetitions or sets of squats.
If you want to flatten your abdomen specifically, you can perform abdominal exercises such as leg raises. You should concentrate mostly on lower abdominal exercises. This is because exercises which target your lower abdominal muscles will also target your upper stomach region, but it does not work the other way around.
Finally, triceps dips are awesome to help you get toned arms quickly. Triceps dips can be performed anywhere as long as you have two surfaces which are about of an equal level.
