Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. As you breathe in, breathe in the Light of God and as you breathe out, breathe out all that is not of the Divine.
In your mind’s eyes, see yourself now sitting in a magnificent temple. It has floors of gold, diamond sprinkled walls and crystal glass ceilings. It has a mysterious silence, peace, tranquility and holiness and you know that you are in the Inner Sanctum of the Divine, the Holy of Holies.
Take a deep breath and feel the Presence of God within and without. Envision yourself bathed in pure white light and feel your heart fill with bliss and ecstasy. Relax now and within this deep, profound silence, repeat the words, “Spirit of God, open my inner ears and clairaudience so that I may hear.”
Now focus and be aware of what you hear. Spend as much time as you like in this space, quietly listening to your heart.
Return to this space as often as you like to practice silence and listening. When you are ready, open your eyes.
