Simplify and Organize Your Personal Care Regime

If your family is like most families, time and bathroom space always seems to be in short supply in the morning. With everyone rushing around getting dressed and taking care of their personal care regime, things can get pretty hectic, disorganized and chaotic. Wouldn't it be nice if you could get your own personal care regime under better control, as well as help your other family members do the same? By using these tips, you'll be able to transform hectic mornings into something much more manageable and less stressful.
Create a Schedule
Although it's unrealistic to think that a morning schedule will always be able to be followed "to the letter," it can certainly help to create one. When preparing a morning schedule for your family, give some thought as to everyone's requirements and preferences. For example, if you need to leave the house before everyone else does, you should probably get the first time slot in the bathroom. However, if you prefer to do your household chores and walk the dog before you leave in the morning, perhaps a later bathroom time slot would actually be more appropriate. Since you know your family's routine well, it can be helpful to work out a draft schedule that you can then present to the rest of the family. Then, be open to everyone's suggestions as to how to fine-tune the morning schedule for better efficiency. Once you've solidified your schedule, post it in a prominent location so that everyone has a guide to follow.
Simplify Your Personal Care Products
Most people have far more personal care products than they really need or use on a daily basis. Sometimes this happens because you end up switching brands, or because nobody ever seems to want to use up the last bit of shampoo in the bottle. The end result of this kind of disorganization is excess bathroom clutter and confusion. It can be well worth your time and effort to streamline and simplify your personal care products. If there are some items that you know you will never use again, discard them or donate them to a charity. In some cases, you might be able to consolidate several bottles of product into a single bottle, such as pouring all the last little bits of shower gel into one bottle. Once you've trimmed down the products you use, encourage the rest of your family members to do the same. Providing each family member with a handy bathroom tote bag or plastic basket to hold all their items can help increase personal efficiency while also keeping the bathroom neat and tidy.
Plan Ahead
If you think about it, you'll probably realize that many of the things you rush around doing each morning could actually be done the night before. You might have more time to wash your hair if you do it before you go to bed. Instead of rushing around with wet polish on your finge
ails in the morning do your manicure before you go to bed. By doing so, you'll have more time in the morning and far less stress.
