Singles - Spring has sprung! Birds are singing and butterflies are mating. It’s in the air! Are you ready to become a love magnet? Or are you feeling stuck and a little lost getting back out in the dating world? If so, here are a few tips to get you moving:
1) Energy - How do you feel day-to-day when you think about moving forward with dating? Make sure you're as excited as you can be to meet your future partner. Believe that he or she is out there wanting to meet you too. Practice joyful expectancy - knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that something wonderful is on its way to you. Start visualizing your ideal mate. Imagine meeting them at your favorite coffee spot or prepared foods section at your supermarket, for example. Have fun with it! Would you feel or act differently getting your coffee every day if you thought that your potential mate was there? Shift the energy!
2) Friend/Mirror - Our friends can help us reflect truth within ourselves. For example: Check in with a dear friend and ask, “What valuable qualities in me do you see that you wish my past romantic partners had appreciated?” We don’t always observe all of our best qualities like a friend who really knows and loves us. When we get this type of feedback this can help us acknowledge our own good within, and then start attracting partners who treasure those attributes that past partners did not recognize. One aspect of creating a long-lasting relationship is acknowledging the best in each other and supporting one other in expanding it.
3) Patterns - What are your patterns in dating? When you look back on the relationships that ended, can you see any patterns in your behavior or in the type of persons you attracted that would not be optimal for your future? How can you make adjustments?
4) Old concepts - Do you have old concepts about dating that may no longer serve you? For example: “There are no good men in L.A.” or “There are no good women out there.” These are concepts that may be popular, but aren’t true. Antiquated thoughts can hold us back subconsciously, even if we are saying to ourselves and the world that we’re ready to meet someone new.
5) Toxic Ties - These are often present when you’ve been doing all you can to find true love but you can’t seem to meet anyone. This is someone or something that serves a need in your life, but it also doesn’t fully satisfy you - yet you keep it around because the need makes you happy to a certain degree. Staying connected to this person or thing eventually becomes unhealthy for you because it doesn’t allow you to grow emotionally and move towards your ultimate goal. An example: You have occasional sex with someone, but it’s not going forward as a committed relationship (which you actually want). At the same time, you’re looking for someone else who’d be a potential soul mate, but you’re wondering why you can’t seem to attract him/her. This casual sexual relationship has become the toxic tie that won’t let you move forward to your bliss. Be your own healer. Release the toxic tie and be free. As we become more self-aware, ask ourselves honest questions and practice joyful expectancy, we move closer to our own expansion and the love we truly desire.

Soul Perspectives on Love
Are you willing to commit yourself to Love - the infinite presence of Spirit in your soul? If so, there are certain basic principles we need to understand about how we love. In our mentally polarized cultures that are dominated by a male energy that emphasizes doing and producing, we often unconsciously feel that in order to love we must act in certain ways. While this yang aspect of love is important, the primary aspect of love is yin - i.e., receptive, magnetic. Love does not require doing anything. It is a way of being present.

Feel the Joy Of Your Unfulfilled Desires
You don't stop very often to think about how you are feeling. And yet, how you are feeling is everything. How you are feeling is your point of attraction.
