Skin Lotion is NOT Just for the Summer part three

As in part one and part two, I shared two videos with you. Well, part three has a video, too. It’s about exercising. Of course, everyone needs to take care of their skin and hair, but also one needs to get in a little exercise, too. Except in this video, I was introduced to an extreme exercise and it just wasn’t for me. Check it out: https://www.facebook.com/kelley.oberne/videos/vb.511846917/10156144281731918
Well, as mentioned in part one and part two, oil/lotion/gel should be free of any harsh ingredients. After all, one’s skin does absorb and no one wants something that is considered “toxic,” which has a grave effect on one’s health.
The following are three more natural ingredients in helping to moisturize one’s skin and keep it healthy:
Avocado Oil: This oil is made by expressing the oil from dried avocado fruit. Avocado oil is rich and capable of penetrating into the deepest layers of the skin. This oil has unique blend of phytosterols, omega fatty acids, and vitami
E which help to stimulate cell growth, diminish pore size, and boost one’s skin production of collagen. Since it’s greasy and slightly comedogenic (may clog pores), it’s best used by those with very dry and mature skin. In fact, for dry skin types, organic avocado oil can be a fantastic winter climate body moisturizer all on its own.
Coconut Oil: This is a classic lotion ingredient. It’s also very popular with some of my friends, and as mentioned earlier, my dad. One of the reasons is because it’s not that expensive and it’s easy to purchase. It contains skin-nurturing compounds such as essential fatty acids and vitamins. These compounds give coconut oil the ability to fight premature aging, kill acne-causing bacteria, promote cellular repair, and prevent moisture loss. Coconut oil is a powerful emollient that can soften the most dry/flaky skin conditions. Unfortunately, it can clog pores, so it’s important to know how it works on one’s skin.
The last one to mention in this list is Jojoba Oil. Jojoba oil is not actually an oil. It’s a liquid polyunsaturated wax which has a similar chemical consistency to one’s skin sebum. Pure jojoba oil is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types. Jojoba blends easily with sebum and forms a thin layer of protection from moisture loss and environmental pollutants. Jojoba oil is best suited for oily skin types because of its ability to balance excess oils by dissolving them.
In addition, Jojoba oil provides intense moisture, fights acne causing bacteria because it is rich in iodine, unclogs pores, and fades existing acne scars. Jojoba oil is found in many skin lotions.
As previously mentioned, my mother really lies Rixx, (http://www.iherb.com; coupon code: BER298, an herbal healing lotion containing witch hazel and aloe vera. I can understand the aloe vera, but not the witch hazel, until I did some research. Witch hazel is a plant native to North America and parts of Asia that has been used for centuries for its soothing properties. It is a powerful antioxidant and has astringent benefits which are known to help speed healing, prevent signs of aging, stop cellular damage that can lead to skin cancer and eradicate bacteria that lives within the pores of the skin.
In future articles, I plan to share more information about the amazing ingredient, witch hazel.
**** I will be taking a short break and start posting new articles after July 4th.

A Time is Coming
Why would Yeshua, who said; "Yet a time is coming and has now come when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth" place any importance at all on ‘inheriting the earth?'
