True = Be Honestr
To = Stay Connectedr
Who = Child of Godr
You = Myself Blossoming every momentr
Are = Precious, wanted, valued, worthy, loved

Today I encourage you to meditate on your True Self. Allow time for yourself to sit still and just simply
be present with yourself.
Allow yourself to feel the radiant loving presence of God inside you. You are not alone!

Ask for God's help for anything you need support and guidance in.
Ask Again and again, and never stop asking, for God Is omni-present always here in the Now.

Dear God,
Thank you for all that you're doing in our lives.
Thank you for all that you have provided for us.
Thank you for blessing us.Help us help you.
Help us spread your goodness around, especially to those whom are in desprarate need.
We love you and we know that you love us too.
And so it is. Amen.
