Feng Shui says that there are SEVEN DAILY STEPS to a STRESS-FREE life and they are as follows:
1. Meditate for at least five minutes a day. You can do that by waking five minutes earlier in the morning and then simply focusing on your breathing for that short time frame.
2. Read at least one chapter in any book.
3. Do a good deed or perform a random act of kindness.
4. Compliment someone (even an animal).
5. Walk for thirty minutes.
6. Tidy up one section of your home.
7. Reflect on your day and express gratitude for some (OR ALL!) of it before you fall off to sleep at night. Literally count your blessings and you won’t believe how many more you start to attract.
For today….take one or two things off the above list and start to take the stress out of your life for good!

Get Into Alignment!
When we first discover the Law of Attraction and the power we have to attract what we want, we often expect instantaneous results. Results are rarely instantaneous. This isn’t because God/Source/All-That-Is cannot deliver because once we ask; it is given – every time…without question! It is because we live in this time-space reality that allows for a “buffer of time” while we get ourselves into alignment with what we desire!
