Here is a wonderful inexpensive recipe that I made the other night that is really great. In fact, I went back for 3 servings and my wife loved it too. And it’s so easy to put together. And this wonderful soup is full of amazing healing agents that are anti-inflammatory, full of antioxidants, anticancer, low in calories, helps to prevent diabetes and colon cancer, boosts up your immunity, keeps away colds, lowers cholesterol, it’s antibacterial, antiviral, and great for the heart with lots of Omega 3 oils. And I’m sure you will love this wonderful recipe. And it only takes minutes to make this tasty soup.
Another Whole-Foods Plant-Based Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 - Cup of Organic Peeled Mung Beans - Soaked in Water for 1 Hour — Then blend with a little water until nice and smooth. Organic mung beans are full of protein and also make a great thickening agent for soups and stews.
4 - Cups of Organic Pumpkin Cut into Cubes - You don’t even need to remove the skin. Cook until tender and blend until smooth with a little water.
3 - Organic Salt-Free Veggie Bouillon Cubes
1 - Teaspoon of Organic Turmeric Powder
1 - Tablespoon of Organic Curry Powder
1/4 - Teaspoon of Organic Cayenne Pepper
1 - Tablespoon of Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Enough Filtered Water to Make a Nice Thick Soup
(Optional) If you like it spicy like I do then add some Organic Hot Sauce
(Optional) Garnish with a little organic chili powder
Take the blended mung beans and the cooked blended pumpkin and add everything else plus the water and simmer until nice and hot and then add hot sauce if you like.
That’s It!
Let cool and serve and garnish with a little organic chili powder sprinkled on top.
This recipe serves 10 people or 2 hungry guys!

Unfortunately, I hear it often from clients and random conversations with friends and other people that they want to consider a person to be clueless or even stupid because that person did not understand them hinting about an issue.
