When you buy something but if it is not good you go ahead and exchange it with another one. Nowadays we are swapping so many things but the only thing that we don’t swap is our unhealthy calories laden foods.

Here we are talking about swapping the unhealthy, calories loaded food with healthy food just like one swaps clothes for more comfortable, better fitted and better looking ones. But the question is how to segregate the good from bad? To do so, here are some of our regularly consumed food items pitched against each other in a battle of good v/s bad.
