Giving is an indicator of abundance, since you can’t give what you don’t have. It signals that you are an awakened expression that Life can partner with. It signals abundance. When you’re in a state of authentic giving you are proclaiming your abundant state to all. You’re also modeling, for anyone to see, what abundance looks like.
Your most precious, valued possessions and your greatest powers are invisible and intangible. No one can take them. You, and you alone, can give them. You will receive abundance for your giving. W. Clement Stone
Here are 6 every day ways to give and generate abundance:
• Say ‘thank you’ and mean it! This isn’t about rote repetition of a socially expected phrase. This is about feeling the energy of gratitude in your world and candidly sharing it with others. This is being SO infused with the thank you that it lathers your recipient in deliciousness.
• Do something nice for someone. And don’t take credit for it. It doesn’t have to be anything BIG. The simplest things sometimes have the greatest impact. Also, the act of not knowing gives your recipient an experience of Life’s infinite abundance, engenders trust and sparks possibility. What a gift to give!
• Smile! Go about your day and share the light of your smile … relentlessly. If you’re doing this right your face muscles should ache. Notice how others are transformed by the simple act of responding to your smile. That’s a trend worth setting.
• Appreciate someone who’s having a bad day. This could be something you say or it could even be an intention that you have for someone. This energetic approach can create miraculous results. Sometimes folks may not even know why they feel better. Thoughts are things! You shift others by seeing the ‘TRUE’ them into being.
• Share your gifts freely. There are some folks who are fearful to give away too much of their expertise. I mean, “Why would anyone bother to buy if you’re giving away so much!” You are a being of infinite abundance. There’s no way you’ll run out of the good stuff. On the contrary, the more you give away the more that comes through you. The act of giving increases your bandwidth for gifts of grace.
• Give away what you’re wanting for yourself. Has your creative wellspring run dry? Brainstorm with a friend in need and help them spark up some ideas for their business. Are you running low on cash? Donate some greenbacks to your favorite charity. Giving is the surest way to receive. In giving you initiate a sacred cycle of exchange. Only thing you’ll need to do then is open to receive.
These small ways to generate abundance will create huge windfalls of serendipitous abundance. Taking action to gift abundance will create feelings of abundance for you and the recipients of your largesse. It will set in motion immutable laws of return that will bestow infinite flow.
