For a long time now, I have been reading reviews and suggestions about which wrinkle cream is the best, and I’ve personally had my share of disappointments. I know darn well that I’m not alone in this, and so I decided to create a list of 10 commandments, that if followed by a wrinkle cream would clearly define it as the best, and most likely to actually work. These are in no specific order, and if you have one that you’d like to add, please feel free to post it as a comment. 1. Thou Shalt Contain Copper Peptides. Of course a good wrinkle cream has to contain ingredients that moisturize deeply and help smooth the skin. Things like aloe or shea butter or hyaluronic acid. The majority of creams contain those. However, wrinkle creams that contain copper peptides like Matrixyl or Renovage, however, have a serious leg up on the competition, and have a much higher scientific chance of removing lines and lifting wrinkles quickly. They boost collagen production, and collagen is the thing our ski LOSES as we age, resulting in wrinkles. 2. Thou Shalt Not Keep Billing Me Every Month. I have learned this one the hard way, by falling for “free trials” of wrinkle cream offered online. I accepted the free trial, and glanced over the fine print, like most people do. The fine print, however, explained that I would be subscribing to a monthly shipment program and would be billed a hefty amount for each shipment. This is a major sin, as far as wrinkle creams are conce ed, any wrinkle cream that offers this as their ONLY way of selling product should be sent to the gates of hell. I prefer a product that costs money, but stands behind it’s refund or guarantee policy. 3. Thou Shalt Be Priced Fairly. The fact that many wrinkle creams cost hundreds of dollars, but contain little more than some decent moisturizer is an insult. A wrinkle cream that contains solid ingredients should still cost around $100 or less. 4. Thou Shalt Help With Other Signs Of Aging. Yes, I want more from my wrinkle cream than just getting rid of wrinkles. There is no reason why a high end product shouldn’t be able to get rid of age spots or redness, or maybe even dark circles and bags under the eye. No product can do all of it, but this commandment just asks that it does a couple different things too. 5. Thou Shalt Not Be Greasy. I hate putting on a wrinkle cream and feeling like I just rubbed butter on my face. While the “greasy feeling” is a side effect of many moisturizing ingredients, the best ones use peptides and acids like matrixyl or hyaluronic acid that deeply moisturize without the oily feeling. 6. Thou Shalt Not Clog Pores. Yes, I want to get rid of wrinkles, but I do not want to sprout unsightly pimples because of my anti wrinkle product. When reading a label I want to make sure there are no ingredients that are known to clog pores. 7. Thou Shalt Not Contain Parabens. Although there have been no conclusive studies that link parabens to cancer, I still prefer to avoid them. There are plenty of other all natural preservatives that can be used in a cream, which don’t have the risk that may be associated with parabens. 8. Thou Shall Never Use Animal Testing. I understand the importance of having products that do not damage humans, but wrinkle cream and other cosmetics don’t need to test on animals. They’re too darn cute and helpless for us to exploit them on silly things like beauty products. 9. Thou Shall Be All Natural. In today’s day and age, there is no need for harsh chemicals to achieve wonderful results in removing wrinkles or signs of aging. The scientific backing and effectiveness of all natural ingredients may cost a little more, but the benefits far outweigh that. 10. Thou Shalt WORK. I had to throw this last one in. How frustrating is it to try wrinkle creams with high hopes, and nothing changes on your skin. Of course no cream will give results in a days, but the best wrinkle creams can show dramatic improvements in as little as a month. If all the wrinkle creams in the world would follow these 10 commandments, the beauty and skin care industry would be a much happier place for consumers. Shopping would be easier and we could all wave goodbye to frown lines and crows feet.

As a member of The National Writers Union for many years, I have been aware of the problems experienced by educated, professional writers. Many have been deprived of their contracted fees. Others have had their writing plagiarized or syndicated without their consent and without payment to the writer by unscrupulous publishers and authors. But the Writers’ Union has done something about that. Jointly, as a group, they have managed to fight for the rights of individual writers.

Reawakening love IS possible. It happens all the time. Just when you most feel like giving up, letting go and moving on, stop and reevaluate before leaving. Yes, there are some relationships that have truly run their course. Perhaps the reason for connecting no longer exists and both would be happier elsewhere. But very often, two people reach an impassem, an inevitable butting of heads and personality differences, and instead of working through the issues they just give up and leave.

What do YOU believe are the 3 causes of all relationship problems? * Inadequate Money? * Not enough or too much Sex? * Friends interfering? * Family triangles and intrusions? * Poor communication? * Emotional Imbalance? Relationships are more complex than many of us care to admit. We choose a person who attracts us because of the way they look, behave and feel. And, inevitably, as we get closer and know each other better, those very same previously wonderful qualities can become a thorn in our side.

Ever since I began seeing my private therapy and coaching clients, over two decades ago, I have been longing to work with a Virtual Assistant. In fact, I wanted this type of personal assistance to help me cope with my family, my relationships, my career path, and even my health many years before this type of service became available online. When I was single, I would often choose a partner who looked good physically or sounded wonderful at first but proved to be either emotionally or financially bereft – and I thought I had made another “bad” choice.r
