Harness the power of your amazing brain by asking it the right type of questions and transform your life. Your brain is more capable than any supercomputer, but if you are like most people, however, you do not know how to use these amazing capabilities of your brain.
I am going to teach you a very simple yet powerful technique to to tap into and harness your mind’s abilities for your benefit. The power of asking empowering questions.

Your brain loves to answer your questions and solve your problems, in fact your mind is continuously answering your questions. You may not be aware of this, since the process is mostly unconscious. That is one reason that meditation is such so useful, it makes you aware of the huge level of mind chatter that is going on just beneath the surface of your conscious awareness.

Many of the questions being asked and answered automatically by your brain are questions which may dis-empower you and reinforce preconceived limitations.

Maybe something does not go as planned, so you say may to yourself, “Why does this always happen to me, why am I such a loser?” Your brain will go and search for the answer to your question.

Thoughts, feelings, sensations and images associated with other times, when something similar happened in the past are activated, brought into awareness, therefore reinforcing the same beliefs of dis-empowerment..

Other dis-empowering questions you ask yourself might be:

Why am I always late for everything?
Why do I never have any money/ why am I always broke?
Why does my love life never work out?
Why don’t my children love or respect me?
Why does life workout for other and not for me?
Why am I so worthless?
Each time your mind will go and look for the answers and supply them to you, thus further reinforcing these beliefs.

Just take a moment to consider, how you feel after you say these things to yourself?

Over the years the questions and responses become so automatic and habitual that they often they run as a background soundtrack that you are not consciously aware of.

What would happen if you were to take control of your mind’s ability and desire to be of use to you and to be answering all and any of your questions. What if you asked it the right kind of questions, so that the answers you get are those that help you become more of who want to be. Sometimes nothing needs to change, except your perspective, and then everything changes.

You want your mind to serve you, instead of running the show. You are the one who has to be in control and direct and create of you reality, not your mind. You do this by asking empowering questions.

If you change the questions you ask yourself, your mind will still go and look for the answers and find corroborating evidence to back it up.

The Power of Empowering Questions:

These questions may not appear very powerful or true, however when you ask yourself these questions, you will find that your mind may take a while to find the answers. This is because it has to move in a different direction and search less accessed parts of your brain for the answers. But please be patient and sit with the question, repeat it a number of times if necessary, say it out loud.

You will find that once your brain accesses these parts, the answers will come more quickly. With practice you will find it easy to ask yourself empowering questions. So for each question here that applies to you, I want you to write down at least three answers, preferably five or even eight.

Some examples of Empowering Questions:

Why are things always working out for me?
Why is there an abundance of love and support in my lifer
Why do I always have more than enough money for my needs?
Why do I always get through life with ease and grace?
Why am I always successful in all that I attempt?
Please be patient, take your time and work on one question at a time. More answers you have for each question, more you will begin to believe in the truth of these statements and more your life will begin to change.

Already you will notice changes taking place in your physical, mental and emotional states. Are you feeling lighter or heavier? Is there a sense of relief, release?

Supercharge the quality of your Empowering Questions:

If you really want to have some fun with the power of your mind, try asking these questions?

Why is my life really miraculous and amazing?
Why am I going to have an awesome day today?
Why is my life getting better each day?
Why am I such a gift to the world?
Virginia Woolf wrote about needing a room of one’s own, but I believe that it is even more important to have a mind of your own. Once you begin to take charge of your mind, taking control of your attention and focus, you will accelerate the expression and evolution of your consciousness.
