***The Appropriate Response to all Karma

Karma is the law of cause and effect. The proper way to look at karma is to look at it as a teacher and gift from Spirit, because the law of cause and consequence is helping us to learn that everything we say, think, feel and do has a consequence. It is teaching us to take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions and life.

So karma, in and of itself, carries no judgment within it. It is rather a law in action helping us to grow and advance on the Spiritual path. This is the proper way to look at karma.

And now, the proper response to all karmic lessons hitting us, be they “good” or “bad,” is “Not my will, oh Lord, but thine. Thank you for the lesson.” This attitude allows one to work with the universal laws that Spirit has set up and to learn from them. Most people don’t work WITH the laws of God, they work AGAINST them by fighting them. However, fighting the laws of God only creates anger, upset and depression. Learning from them creates Spiritual growth and inner peace.

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that how he responds to the tests and lessons of everyday life determines his evolution or devolution in life.
