We all need motivation to get through the day at times. Motivation can come in many different forms; it could be a food treat that you give yourself at the end of a particularly taxing project or an inspirational quote that helps you view a situation in another light. Motivation often pops up when you least expect it, but if you need a little assistance, just go on Instagram. There are so many images on Instagram that you are sure to find something that motivates you. There are pictures of flowers and pictures of food.
