The breath of sweetness - Sweetness connected to resolution and firmness

The breath of sweetness is life, the breath of sweetness is eternity.

Breath is the creative force, the breath of sweetness is strength that raises, that elevates.
The breath of sweetness is the means to do everything in its entirety and in simplicity.
You have the possibility to make your breath a subtle, impalpable, imperceptible energy if you accompany it with pure feelings and emotions, with pure Love, with Light, and let it flow into sweetness.

But you can make your breath a heavy, suffocating, limiting energy, if you weigh it down with the energy of the mind, with feelings, thoughts, emotions, not of pure Love, not of Light, and prevent it from flowing.
If you bring sweetness into your breath you will discover with your heart the immensity it contains.
If you suffocate anything inside of you it will affect your breathing, your freedom, your ability to 'fly'.
If you add sweetness to your breath and breathe in sweetness, with the energy of the heart, you will be able to do what for you was unimaginable and you will be able to go beyond the limits you are feeling now.
Breathing with sweetness will allow Us to help you in all of this.
Breathing gently, you will be able to stop holding anything back, you will be able to dissolve everything, to let everything flow.
Living, expressing and giving sweetness, you will have the ability to become the alchemist of your own self.
You can express sweetness non-stop, even when you want to be resolute and firm.
Resolution and firmness are not opposites of sweetness.
What apparently may seem opposed, is often an expression of the Light in Its full manifestation through the opposites.
You will feel how Light has disruption in itself, how pure Love brings disruption with it.
This is why when you find out how to express these opposites and to allow them to be united in their simultaneous manifestation, you will realize how opposites can awaken, shake, and create many gifts to donate and many opportunities.

You can understand the power of the expressions and manifestations of the Light only when you live them, only when you manifest them.
In the same way you can understand their subtle aspects.
Even more, you can understand all of this when you can move away from yourself to give Light and Love, giving yourself with Love and joy.

As you move away from yourself, you create space for Us and allow Us to act and give you everything.
When you put your mind aside, you create space for your heart and you can feel your Soul flying free, because your Soul flies free when it can donate itself.
When you satisfy your heart with Love, with sweetness, with Light, you can feel that We satisfy your heart, when you satisfy the heart of another person We let your Soul fly.
