This week I’d like to talk to you about the critical key to create a thriving business doing what you love. It’s all about TRUST because in order for you to achieve authentic business success as an enlightened entrepreneur and create a thriving business doing what you love, you are going to start taking new inspired, aligned, and authentic actions, and you are going to start doing things differently than you’ve ever done before. And it takes TRUST to be able to start, grow and move to the next upper level in your business.

Unfortunately, many enlightened C.A.S.T.L.E. – coaches, authors, speakers, trainers, leaders, and experts – don’t trust themselves enough to do that. When they think about creating something new or something bigger in a bold way in their entrepreneurial journey, it creates all sort of thoughts, emotions and feelings of fear and lack. In addition to that many don’t trust others. And they don’t trust there is a greater story unfolding for their business and life. If you don’t want that happening for you, you’ll want to transform your fear into faith, lack into abundance, scarcity into prosperity, and finally trust yourself fully. Why? Because trusting yourself is essential for your authentic business success as an enlightened entrepreneur; and enlightened entrepreneurs who have a high ability to trust themselves and others elevate their business to the next highest level faster than you can imagine.

Now allow me to share with you something very important to expand your awareness so that you can have a mindset shift to start trusting the entire process you have to go through to create a thriving business doing what you love. Here it is, please listen carefully: the reason you might not trust yourself is because you’ve had negative, painful or challenging past experiences that led you believe that you can’t trust. Maybe your “old programming” or “old conditioning” or “old paradigm” is still in charge of your business and life, and in order for you to change that you’ll want to take control of your own life and trust today!

The transformational truth is we all had good and “bad” experiences in business and life that made us feel that we can’t trust. So if you feel that way don’t worry, you are not alone. 1. Trusting yourself, trusting your intuition (your inner wisdom, inner guidance, inner compass);

The key is to embrace that this fear of the “unknown” or lack of trust is hurting and holding yourself from having the results you most want, desire and deserve in your business and life, and at the same time blocking your ability to achieve more authentic business success doing what you love. Please consider this: if you don’t trust yourself for others, you can bet people (your potential clients) don’t trust you either. That’s a big challenge. Because if your potential clients don’t trust you, they won’t invest in your services, they won’t buy your products or enroll in your programs.

So let’s change this, let’s trust, transform and truly thrive today, shall we?! Take a moment to consider your feelings on trust right now. I want you to consider these simple yet powerful questions:

1. Do you make decisions daily that reflects your trust on yourself?

2. Do you take risks and try new things that are authentically aligned with your passion and purpose?

3. What about your trust with others… do you trust others?

4. What about your trust in something greater like the Universe, Energy, Source, God, Spirit, Angels, Mother Nature or whatever you may call it? Do you trust in something greater?

5. Can you see that there is a bigger context for your journey here on this planet?

Starting today, please surrender and let go and let “God,” meaning let go of control and trust that things will unfold just fine. When you answer these questions don’t judge yourself or your answers, simply relax and let it be, and become aware of what is true, genuine and authentic for you right now. The first step to change anything is all about clarity meaning to have awareness of what’s going on. So with the awareness you can see how these tendencies (old habits) can hurt your abilities to create a thriving business doing what you love.

Begin to imagine how this trust will adjust and course correct the way you think, feel, behave, communicate and act. Look at all areas of your business through the land of trust. How would you feel if you completely trusted yourself? What types of decisions would you make? Who would you be if you had complete trust? What about in your relationships? How would you interact with the people closest to you? Who would you approach to work with, partner or collaborate if you had more trust?

Trust in yourself, trust in others and trust in something greater is a strong foundation for creating a thriving business doing what you love because nothing new happens if there is no trust. So learn to trust, once you trust yourself, trust others and trust in something greater, you are ready to transform and truly create a thriving business doing what you love!
