Dos
• Surgical mask + a cloth mask
• Press the mask tightly on the nose bridge
• Ensure breathing is not blocked

Don’ts
• Do not pair two surgical masks or two N95 Mask
• Do not use the same mask for two consecutive days.
• Wash the cloth masks regularly.
Do not double mask if you are using an N95 mask

For the best results make sure your mask fits snugly on your face. Gaps can let air with respiratory droplets leak in and out around the edges of the mask.
Check that it covers your nose, mouth, and chin and that no air is flowing from the area near your eyes or the sides of the mask.
If the mask has a good fit, you will feel warm air coming through the front of the mask and may be able to see the mask material move in and out with each breath.
