The Essence of Sweetness

With infinite sweetness I approach you, permeating your whole Being, so that you can slowly perceive and know the Essence of sweetness.

Sweetness is the manifestation of freedom.
Sweetness is the expression of freedom.

When a heart is totally free it does not need to erect barriers for fear, or to protect itself, or to impose itself, and thus it can express the sweetness.

To give sweetness is to give freedom, to express one's freedom.
This freedom is immediately recognized by those who already know it, but it is still felt deeply, understood deeply, even by those who still do not know it.

Sweetness is the expression of a spontaneous heart, of a simple heart, of a child's heart: and spontaneous children are free.

If you are free first of your personality, of yourself, if you have illuminated your heart and everything of you, if you live as a free Soul, sweetness becomes your natural, spontaneous expression.

The Essence of Sweetness manifests freedom, expresses freedom, only if it comes from a pure heart.

Your sweetness will give sweetness.

Sweetness increases the power of your strength, increases its intensity and its effectiveness.
Sweetness increases the power and intensity of all expressions, all feelings, all emotions.

Sweetness creates, melts, erects, crushes, arrests, recalls, cancels.
Only by giving it and living it can you understand these things.
Only by giving it and living it can you discover many other things.

Do not think of how your sweetness can be accepted or rejected: give it simply, intensely, without interruption.
Thus your heart will be light, your path will be peaceful.

By continuously donating sweetness, in every possible way, you can grasp its subtle aspects, you can understand other subtle aspects

You can express sweetness with words, but its Essence will be expressed through your vibrations, through your smile, through your look.
You can give it with your eyes, with your hands, with your whole being.
You can live it in all your feelings, in all your movements, in your every expression, in your every action.
Sweetness will give your heart the delicacy that will make your Soul even brighter, your image even more radiant.

Giving and living sweetness carefully, with awareness, with everyone, for everything, in every way, will become a part of you.
So it will become a treasure that will vibrate spontaneously inside and outside of you, it will increase your inner and outer 'beauty'.

If you are sweet with everyone, in everything you do, you will be able to do, live and enjoy the alchemies that sweetness creates in everything, in everyone.
By living it, by giving it, you will seal in your heart the power of sweetness, its creative and transforming force.

Sweetness is a clear language for Souls, for hearts, for everyone and for everything.

Sweetness will allow you to live everything with the 'Power' of your Soul.

Sweetness will give you endurance in all respects, it will help you continue your journey anywhere and in every way.

Sweetness makes you stay in 'high dimensions', whatever happens inside and around you.

Sweetness is the key to all difficulties, the balm for all sufferings: it is the way to live them, go through them and dissolve them.

Now I extend My hand to you so that you, like a happy and enthusiastic child, can, together with Me, discover the 'universe' that sweetness contains.
