Yep, this is the fastest growing trend when it comes to building your list both on line and off line. If you don't know what joint venture partnerships are, very simply put, they are 2 or more businesses coming together, with the same or at least similar target markets, to promote each others services and products.

So for example, a coach who specializes in marketing (like me) could partner with another coach who specializes in social media. We both have the same target market, people who are interested in growing their client base/list and making sales, and so it will be of benefit to us both.

One way of us helping each other would be to hold a free teleseminar for each others' lists. So first of all I would speak to the other coaches list offering some really great information on marketing and a special offer opportunity to get more via a service or product.

And then the social media coach would hold a free teleclass for my list offering lots of helpful tips and information and do the same, make a special offer only for my list.

So you see, there is a win-win-win here. Both of us as coaches win in the fact that we are able to reach out and meet new people, and everyone on the lists wins because they are able to access new information in a field that is pertinent to them.

What I love about joint venture partnerships is exactly that, the win-win-win. We are all helping each other, it really is marketing from the heart!

Just one very important point to remember when you are looking for a joint venture partner and that is to be sure that you whole heartedly stand by their service or product. If not, you are not being true to your list, your community, your tribe.

You must be constantly building and maintaining a relationship of know, like and trust with your tribe. Each and everyone on your list is a special person who takes time to hear what you are saying. That's why it is absolutely vital that you only offer them opportunities that you know will be of value to them.

And even though joint venturing with partners who have the same or similar target markets is the most effective way of doing it, sometimes it can be very effective partnering with others who have a different business altogether. As long as you feel there is a connection with that partner and the information will be of value to your tribe which means you are being of service, then do it.

Joint venturing is one of the simplest and most rewarding kind of marketing strategies around. So go ahead, start reaching out to potential joint venture partners today. Look at their target markets and if you feel they are the same or similar, get in touch. Start creating new relationships and serving your clientbase even better.
