If you're having relationship problems, can't find Mr or Ms Right or maybe you keep going from one relationship to another because you can't live alone. It's time to stop and take a look at yourself and your development.
To be truly happy with another person you have to be happy with yourself and with who you are. You have to like yourself warts and all. After all you're only human.
I find that most people wouldn't have half of their problems if they were happy and content with themselves. They look for happiness outside of themselves and in other people. They expect others to provide answers and fulfil their needs and get really angry and disappointed when others don't live up to it.
If you are one of these people you have to realise that nobody can know the true you like you can and nobody can provide what you need for your development in this life. You have to master yourself through patience and humility. Other people have their own agenda, their own goals and dreams to chase. Stop looking for content and happiness on the outside.
Look within and focus on yourself and your needs. Spend time alone listening to your favourite music or just sit in silence, meditate, get in touch with nature, buy an indoor plant, bring life into your home, learn yoga or tai chi to balance the spiritual and physical aspects of yourself.
When you are balanced physically and spiritually you can share yourself with another.
To be truly happy with another person you need to get rid of all your negative emotions. Get rid of jealousy, pride, greed, ego pampering and envy and introduce the positive energies through love, trust, understanding, patience and empathy.
As you practice and focus on the positives you'll notice a change happening. The whole new life will open up. You'll feel more at ease, free and light. Little things won't bother you. Comments from other people won't bother you anymore because you live on your terms now.
Other people are entitled to their opinion but it doesn't meant that you have to live by their rules and wishes. You'll focus on things that truly matter in your life.
When comfortable with yourself you'll be able to share yourself with others. There will be no unrealistic demands but two people sharing life experiences equally.
