The Ascended Masters of the Spiritual Hierarchy have their own lives on the planes or realms they live. They have their own interests and growth objectives. However, part of what they do is to be actively involved in the evolution of humanity, as well as the Earth as a whole. So they are here to assist our growth and evolution, because essentially this is how they grow themselves as well. We all grow by serving each other.

So they are all eager to help, however, the one thing they cannot do is infringe upon our free will, and this is why we must call on them and ask for their help.

The Integrated Ascended Master realizes that service is the law of life.
