The Joyful Creator's Law of Attraction Toolbox

You are a creator born into your physical body to create. Whether by default or consciously, you are creating every minute of every day. If you want to be a powerful, conscious creator, who manifests dreams into reality every time, you need powerful, effective tools in your toolbox. The list below includes all the tools you need to help you:

• Focus your desires more clearly
• Strengthen your point of attraction
• Release your habit of resistant thoughts
• Raise your vibration
• Positively change your life experiences
• Realign you with the energy that is really you
• Give you conscious control of your experiences

When you begin utilizing these tools, your experiences, circumstances, relationships, and events will begin to shift, which is evidence of the shift in your vibration. Gradually, your life will improve and you will return to your natural state of well-being. An added benefit is these tools will help you achieve whatever you desire. To be a more powerful deliberate creator here is what you need to include in your toolbox: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - This is the deliberate creator's BFF and is the best technique I know of to release resistance. Also known as tapping, you can literally tap out your limiting beliefs, negative self talk, and anything else that is keeping you stuck. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure based on the ancient principles of acupuncture. Instead of needles, EFT combines gentle tapping on key acupuncture points while focusing your thoughts. It is easy to learn, non-evasive and powerful! Meditation - Spending fifteen minutes a day in a relaxed state of meditation can make enormous progress in raising your vibration. By quieting your mind you are releasing resistance and allowing your vibration to rise to its natural state of well-being. If you meditate regularly, over time, you will become more sensitive to the changes of your vibration. You will recognize the dips more easily so you can catch and reverse them to maintain your balance. Affirmations - Imagine your subconscious mind as a smaller circle within a larger circle. The larger circle is the filter and anything that passes through it to the smaller circle, is absolute truth as far as your subconscious mind is conce ed. If you continually allow thoughts of unworthiness to pass through, your subconscious mind will believe and lead you on a path of circumstances that proves it. If you influence it with affirmations of positive self-talk and new beliefs, your life will move in a more rewarding direction. Your subconscious mind works in unison with the Law of Attraction. By offering positive affirmations, you allow only positive things to come into your experiences. Visualization - Albert Einstein said "Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions." The Universe responds to the thoughts you think, and the way you feel. It makes no distinction between what is real and what is imagined. By deliberately creating a scene in your mind, the vibration is activated and the creation of it is set into motion. So, the more time you spend "daydreaming" the more your life will take the shape of what you are visualizing. Vision Board - Also known as dream board, treasure map, goal board or goal map, a vision board is a visual representation of what you want to manifest in your life. When placed in a location where you can see it every day, it helps you stay focused on your intentions. To make a vision board simply collect images and words that represent what you want your life to look like, and glue them on to a poster board or foam board. You can also create an electronic version with vision board software, or even with Pinterest (the new, visual form of social media). Abraham Processes - In the book Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires by Esther and Jerry Hicks, the non-physical entity called Abraham offers twenty-two processes with the purpose of releasing your resistance. Abraham says "These processes that we offer here will help you transform yourself from one who may be creating your own reality unwittingly or by default, to someone who is the deliberate creator of your own reality. Your utilization of these processes is going to give you precise control of every aspect of your own life experience." My personal favorites are Rampage of Appreciation and Segment Intending.
