The mental body is the body with which we think. It penetrates the physical, etheric and emotional body and is of a higher frequency than the others. However, the physical body, etheric body, emotional body and mental body all form part of the so-called four-body-system. So the four lower bodies are all connected with one another, not separate.
All things start with thoughts. “Thoughts are things,” as Edgar Cayce said. Our thoughts ultimately create our reality. So always remember to watch your thoughts for, “What we think about comes about.”
Without the ability to think, humanity would not be a separate kingdom from that of the animals, for it is the very substance of mind that denotes a human being.
The Integrated Ascended Master makes a conscious effort to use his mind in service of Spirit and humanity, and he consciously goes about transcending the negative ego mind by learning to only think with his Spiritual/ Christ/ Buddha/ Krishna/ Moses/ Mohammed/ Mighty I AM Presence mind.
