When is the last time you were totally honest with yourself? Amitiel, the Angel of Truth encourages you to find truth and honesty in all of your experiences. He asks you to use these truths in a positive way. It is never a good thing to hide from them or deny them. He reminds you that when you tell the truth, you are stronger for it.

I want you to think about it - when was the last time you knew about a lie, heard a lie, or even told a lie? How did you feel afterwards? Did you truly feel good about the lie? How long did you think about the lie after the fact? Most often than not, the lie festers for too long. By the time the truth comes out, everything is blown way out of proportion. The little mistruth suddenly becomes a monster tornado that you cannot control.

You see, when you believe in honesty and you demonstrate or partake in good deeds, you never have to back-paddle to figure out a new lie to cover up the old one. The truth of the matter comes from an old quote: "What a wicked web we weave when at first we practice to deceive." You do not ever want to become so wrapped up in a lie that you cannot find your way out of it.

If you feel too embarrassed or afraid to tell the truth, ask Angel Amitiel to come to your rescue. He will help you find the courage and wisdom to speak the words and perform the actions that will set you free from your fears or embarrassment. Remember, these are just feelings that you have associated with the deed. Understand that there are no "good" or "bad" experiences - only experiences. Humans judge, Angel Amitiel does not.

Blessings to you on your journey,

Joan Marie

We’re so inundated with overstimulating input from modern life that simply stopping for a while and experiencing what nature has to offer tends to invoke deep relaxation, and a healing response in the body. It’s as if part of us has been on hold, just waiting for the opportunity to open up and relax. Nature can be the doorway.
