When we widen and deepen our perspectives, our life moves towards serene waters. One such perspective is available through understanding Reinca
ation. This creates an elbow room in one’s consciousness, leading to stable peace.
Unfortunately, the cultures that have denied reinca
ation have created sectarian religious practices that ask abject slavery to rigid belief systems from its adherents. Freedom to explore and understand is expressly denied, dubbing it as an invitation from the devil! They hardly realize the harm they are doing to humanity by pushing people into such slavery, creating mere robots that nod their heads to the DOs and DON’Ts of the belief systems.
Reinca
ation can be understood only by those who wish to open-mindedly explore whether there is truth in it or not. A mere believe
of reinca
ation cannot understand its essence and, hence, cannot widen or deepen his perspective on the journey of life. What is needed is the patience and the eage
ess to understand what lies beyond the ‘apparent’ through a prolonged association with the matter. Then, at some point, intuition surfaces and pronounces the truth in its own inimitable way. One of the main obstructions to this seasoned approach is the habitual tendency to look for support to one’s own beliefs rather than care for the truth. This is reflected in the adage “One believes what one wants to believe.”
People would usually ask for proof of reinca
ation. Any proof given by X to Y can always be effectively thwarted by clever logic from Y. But if Y himself conducts the investigation with eage
ess to find the truth, guided by a long enough association with the topic, he will soon find that, goaded by intuition, the proof arises from within him. Only then does the proof become unassailable.
If a person examines the issue of reinca
ation in the manner suggested above, he or she will very soon find out that a great vista of vision opens for them. They see that reinca
ation answers many in-depth questions on and about life, harmonizes life’s vicissitudes and puts the journey of life on a healthy track. It clears the claustrophobia in time that pushes human psychology into a clamor of having to do something in a hurry to avoid falling into hell! Reinca
ation brings in accountability to one’s actions and affectionately offers the possibility of growth towards Divinity – instead of following a straitjacketed system to sufficiently appease God within the span of a life time!
Whoever understands the long journey of life, across many inca
ate and disca
ate periods, can sit back and affectionately and intelligently organize one’s journey with the confidence of eventual merger with the Ultimate. Thus, cramming in time is removed and we can enjoy the journey, instead of being hooked on to the end all the time. We sense the intrinsic fact that no one is condemned and that all souls sooner or later return home. That makes one treat everyone else with respect, there being no distinction as the ‘blessed’ and the ‘cursed’. The separation due to man-made divisions based on religion, nationality etc disappears. The esoteric approach becomes meaningful. There is an inward integration that augments mental serenity and, hence, brings forth exte
al integration too. The immensity of life and the universe is perceived and we understand our little place in the vast scheme of things.

BeSimply…Autumn Skye Morrison
“She” arrived at a small boutique in the lower Gibson’s, located on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. It was a cool and crisp evening and the sun was beginning to set. The store, Costal Creativity, welcomed “She” and “He” in and presented itself as a playful stage for the creations of local artists. As “She” entered, a large tree like structure filled with these expressive hats captured her attention. The variety of textures and colors created a canopy of fanciful head adornments. “She” intently studied each hat, wondering which one would come home with her someday.r
