Make your breakfast the largest meal of the day, so that you could have the whole day to burn all those calories you take.
Changing the way you eat is great but combining it with a regular dose of exercise is much better. Even a 30 minute workout a day is very much helpful. A 30 minute on the tread mill would do the job and it is much more effective that you do this before you eat your breakfast. So that instead of burning your calories (which it wont because you never ate anything) it will burn your stored fats and turn it into your energy. If you have a very busy lifestyle you could do it in a 3 session with 10 minutes per session. At least have a regular exercise for 30 minutes a day.
