The Seal And Weight Loss -- Contentment With Your Body Image

When you are sealed you have Bread from Heaven to eat. So your hunger is satisfied more easily. However if you have difficulty losing weight, you become content with your body image.
When you are sealed you have ete
al food to eat. It is not just food for thought. It is food of God. You are not nourished with only food from this world anymore. You are nourished with food from Heaven.
Eat the ete
al food and you will live forever. The sealed person will give you this ete
al food. You can learn about becoming sealed from the sealed person, and when you learn about it you will notice your hunger is finally satisfied.
But there are different reasons people are overweight. For some people a physical condition does not allow them to easily lose weight. And for many people the only diet usually available is richer in calories than in nutrition.
That is because some people are so busy they can not get healthy meals regularly. Or perhaps they eat out in restaurants often. That will pack in the calories unless the greatest of care is continually taken to choose the lightest menu items.
A new study suggests how people think of their body image. And it seems to be changing. Of particular interest are the women. Overweight women seem to be changing a little--becoming more accepting of themselves.
Almost 90 percent of normal-weight women wished they could lose weight. And most of them had a target weight still considered a normal weight. Overweight women wanted to lose weight too, but how much weight differed.
Overweight women only wanted to lose some weight, so they would still be overweight if they reached their goal of their target weight. Most of them did not dream of becoming normal-weight women.
Over half of the overweight men would still be overweight if they reached their goals and lost weight. So most men and most women who were overweight did not really want to go through what it takes to become completely normal-weight people.
The researchers say this may mean there is an increasing body size considered normal, particularly for women but also for men. Overweight people consider a "normal" weight to be at a level which is still considered overweight.
Science calls the weight level overweight. It is an unhealthy weight. But among overweight people it is becoming more and more normal-seeming to be somewhat overweight.
When you are sealed everything changes for you. You have the food of God to eat. So you do not hunger for earthly food the same way you used to. But this "fulfilment" can take years to realize.
You can shed the pounds when you are sealed but it might not happen immediately. And when you are sealed and it has not happened yet, you can learn to be content with your body weight and your body image.
You have a positive image of yourself. You belong to God. Not because a leader or a teacher reassures you. But because God Himself claims you. And you feel the difference. Even if you are still "hungry."
And you can change your diet and learn to eat healthy foods. And eat less. Get enough exercise. But these are not always so easy to do because they take a lot of time and other resources.
So you learn to be content with who you are. You certainly do not condemn yourself any longer for how much your body weighs. You accept yourself and allow yourself to make an effort. But you do not demand miracles from yourself.
This may be becoming more common among overweight people. It would be good to have the goal of reaching a weight science considers healthy. But it is still good to accept yourself. When you are sealed you do not condemn yourself, at least not any more.
The study done at Cornell University found that normal-weight women also wanted to lose weight. Nearly 90 percent of them. Their ideal weights were also in the normal range.
Half of the underweight women wanted to lose weight or keep their current weight. Certainly the ideal of weighing less is still a common trend among all people, men and women.
When you are sealed you have the ability to lose weight. And become more healthy because of it. But you also do not condemn yourself and it shows in your body image. You accept yourself and you become content along with your drive toward health.

Secrets to Living the Life You've Always Wanted
It seems rather odd to refer to any of what follows as secrets. For one thing, the word “secret” implies that something is hidden and the wisdom below is anything but secret. In some form or fashion, you could find these in virtually any spiritual tradition. Second, “secret” implies that the spiritual wisdom that would lead one to the life he/she really wants is really only accessible by a few. And, the unfortunate tendency is not to regard your self as one of the select few. But, of course, you are.
