The key to creating a winning system is building something you can teach anyone to do. You must be able to teach someone how to get the same results each time they use your system. An important factor to remember is that you need to create these systems intentionally for them to be effective. If you create them by accident, your results will be mediocre and you will not be propelled to your next level.

There are several critical areas in your business where you need to create systems. The following is a list of the most vital parts of your business that need systems:

Advertising – getting people interested in your company

Recruiting – what do you say to them after seeing your opportunity

Retailing – how you handle clients

New enrollees – focus on getting cash in their pockets fast

Follow up – using email, phone, direct mail, etc to keep track of new clients and enrollees

New employees – assist corporations with hiring, training, and equipping employees

Events – generating exctiement and training within your team

Culture – people want to be involved in something bigger than themselves, keeps people involved.

Contact management – organizing the information from people you meet (contacts)

Recognition – people will go the extra mile for recognition, it is not just about the money

Training – is one of the most critical areas. It can be in house or outsourced

This is an overview of the critical areas where you need systems im place. However, it is not an exhaustive list. Without systems in these areas, you will not achieve large scale success. You will lose profits, contacts and customers.
