If not now, when will you decide to take control of your financial life? Quite an opening statement if I have to say so myself.
In a recent study by the University of Michigan, Grant Training Experts discovered the wealth gap is increasing. Not surprising when you consider our economy is in a recesssion, record home foreclosures, record energy prices, spiking food prices, and stagnant wages.
The University of Michigan study documents, over the last 20 years, the net worth of the top two percentile of American families nearly doubled, from $1 million in 1984 to $2.1 million in 2005.
On the other hand, the poorest quarter of American families lost ground over the same period, with their 2005 net worth below their 1984 net worth, measured in constant 2005 dollars.
Fasten your seat belt, the poorest ten percent of families actually had a negative net worth--more liabiliites than assets. The poorest 5 percent of American households had a negative net worth of a little more than $1,000 in 1984, compared to nearly $9,000 in 2005.
Unfortunately middle class and poor people are not aware, they can educate themselves to make millions. In fact, Grant Training Experts www.granttrainingexperts.com delivers a unique two-day grant training to organizations and individuals who enroll in their May 16-17 event at the National Harbor Hampton Inn & Suites, Oxon Hill, MD.
No greater investment exist that provides a greater return than receiving free grant money. If you want to learn how to close the wealth gap, educate yourself by learning about the grant process.
The wealth gap is steadily increasing, make the decision to do something about it. Now that you have this information, do something to change your financial circumstances.
