You always hear the latest and greatest way to lose weight and keep it off. There is always some supe
atural or super way to get the fat off so you can look like the woman or the guy on magazines. I’m not knocking either publication. I am making a point.

Getting in a zone is not just reserved for the upper echelon athlete. You, as an individual that is ready to break into the real world of permanent weight loss can step into the weight loss zone. Let me explain the zone to you.

The zone is getting to this place where the mind, heart and body works together in synch, which causes unbelievable things to happen. This is the zone that athletes like, Steffi Graf, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Michael Jordan experienced. They made awesome things happen and left a huge mark on their sport. This is the elusive feeling you want to experience. This is where you want to be when it comes to your weight loss jou
ey. You want to make awesome things happen. You want to finally lose the weight and keep it off.
Don’t think you can’t experience the zone because it’s weight loss and not sports. Honestly, the zone is not set aside only for top athletes. It is for anyone that is trying to accomplish a goal and be great. I truly believe permanent weight loss must begin in a zone. It has to be something different than what you have done in the past.
This is what you want. This is what you’ve been searching for. Ask yourself the following questions. Why did I not succeed in the past? What mistakes did I make? What was going on with me mentally? Once you have answered the questions honestly, accept the answers, let them go and begin your weight loss jou
ey and get in the zone.

You are going to train and strengthen your mind just like an athlete. You will train it so you will not have problems with physical training and strengthening your body. You will run into obstacles because they cannot be avoided under any circumstances when it comes to weight loss. Getting in the zone, amongst other things will teach you how to overcome the obstacles.

Before you start thinking this is some New Age stuff, it is not. It’s all about strengthening the mind so this will be the last time you have to go on a lose weight jou
ey. It’s about freeing yourself from what you experienced in the past from weight loss attempts. Freeing yourself means re-training the mind, and this is something you can do. It’s about getting the mind and body to work together. At some point in your life you have experienced the zone, but it didn’t have a chance to fully develop for you to experience success. Now is the time to make it happen.
