There is no formula for transformation

I see every day that people are increasingly aware of what it means to be more Soulful, to live more in Spirit and to be more heart centered, and yet I have also noticed that people often approach these concepts with their minds instead of their hearts.
There is no formula for transformation. We all have different experiences, a different Soul Agenda (you might say mission), and different ways we need support and love.
The key to transformation is to create a conscious connection with your Soul, so that your Soul can guide you in your transformation. One of the ways people resist transformation is by holding on to pain. If I focus on what happened in a previous relationship, returning to that pain again and again, I’m spending energy that could be used for more positive purposes in my life.
Below is an exercise I created after an experience completing one of the exercises in The Four Agreements.
Take a deep breath and set the intention to connect with your Tone Soul Language for some Soulful guidance. If your Tone hasn’t been identified, just set the intention to connect to that part of your Soul that is your Tone.
• Write down what comes up when you ask yourself, “what are three people, events, situations, beliefs, or thoughts that I’m attached to that are preventing me from experiencing transformation?”
• On a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, how much time, effort, focus and energy are you giving to each of these three things preventing your transformation?
• Look at the value you placed on each of these things, then add three zeroes to that number. For example, if you rated a past relationship you keep thinking about all the time as a 5, adding three zeroes makes it 5,000. After doing that for each, add all the figures together.
This total is how much money you could be generating if your energy wasn’t focused on holding on to these pains. Here’s the final part of the exercise:
Set the intention to connect with your Axiom of Quest, or that part of your Soul that is your mission. Ask your Soul what the first step is toward releasing these old pains. Remember, whatever your Soul says is profound.
Set the intention to create this transformation for yourself easily and gracefully.
