There is a problem with the majority of success mindednindividuals way of approaching success. It^s not a complexnproblem, but the intensity of it is enormous. What I mean isnmost people have a success block or barrier that hinders anynaction for victory. The solution, however, is simple. It^sndefinitely NOT easy. But it^s real simple.
What is the secret?
Glad you asked.
If you are a person who dream of success but find yourself nwanting, wandering and wondering about what to do to achieve nyour goals, desires and dreams OR if you keep *doing things*nthat do not produce the results you wish, read on.
Your unspoken secret that is murdering your success nis the fact that you care too much what people think about you.
That^s it. End of story.
If you are held back by lack of (or timid) action, fear of nfailure or any other issue that may cause you embarrassment nor fear of ridicule, then you have a problem with caring too nmuch about the other person’s thoughts more than you care nabout success.
Think about your finances. Do you NOT trim down the budgetnbecause you don^t want to be embarrassed at what others nmight think? Do you give in to the *going out* when you knownyou don^t have the cash? Do you buy big expensive thingsnlike cars or houses to make sure you don^t look like then*outsider* while all the while your money situation is totallynout of control? You care too much what others think.
Do you eat when everyone else eats even when you^re notnhungry because you don^t want to feel like you^re not part ofnthe group? There^s no control over what you want because nyou^re too busy trying to please people you don^t like by neating food you don^t need with money you don^t have. Butnhey! You^re not disappointing anyone. Except yourself.
What do you want?
Do you want to lose we^ght?
Do you dream of building wealth?
Do you desire a great relationship?
Are you trying to succeed by promotion in your career?
The solution to caring what others think is easiernsaid than done. But there is a way within your mind thatnyou can make it much more of a reality. And with some npractice, you^ll be much more respected for your achievements.
Here are a few ways to stop caring too much about what nothers think.
1. Take a stand.
There^s an old saying that goes *If you don^t stand for nsomething, then you^ll fall for anything*. That is one of nthe most profound statements that I have ever heard. Thenfact is if you don^t stand up for your convictions, your npassions, you^ll wimp out and intellectually become limp likena wet noodle when you are challenged. Take a stand. But neven more, know why you take a stand. Know your positionnon what you believe and know why you take that position.
Do NOT just believe something because you heard it somewherenand your friends seem to believe it. Taking a stand is more thannbeing someone^s parrot. Be an individual and you^ll make anpowerful impression.
2. Take massive action.
When you have firmly claimed your passions andnconvictions to the point you will fight for them no matternwho differs in your opinion, you are ready to take massivenaction toward your goals, desires and dreams. Thenhardest part will be growing the backbone to stand upnfor your convictions (if you don^t have that type of npersonality). But once you have reached that point, itnis extremely easy to take massive action toward yourndreams.
In fact, no one will get in your way. You will nfind more people that are willing to get you where younwant to go. Why? Because you are living what you arenmeant to live. You are passionate about what you nbelieve. You will indirectly command respect and you nwill eventually find a following. You will find a followingnbecause most people don^t know what they believe andnthey jump at the first opportunity to follow a passionate, nfirmly rooted, passionate individual. That is you.
3. Define Yourself.
You will not reach your destiny without being true to yourself.
You will not fulfill your destiny without knowing who you are.
The majority of society is following an idea. As I said before, nthere are very few people who know what they stand for and nstand for what they believe in. In order to take a firm stand younhave to know who you are and believe in yourself. How do you ndo that?
The first step is to do just like you would if you wanted to nmaster anything else. You must practice. You must constantly be naware of who you are, what you are doing and why you choose to nact or react in any given situation. Are you choosing your nbehavior or is it dictated by what others may think?
You must define yourself.
As Shakespeare said, *To Thine own Self be true.* If you^re not, nthere are difficult roads ahead to success.
Don^t let the never spoken secret kill your success efforts.
Until next time keep looking and living forward.

“Weight-Train” Your Brain
I have a new cell phone. I didn’t want a new cell phone; I was perfectly happy with my 2020 cell phone, but it wasn’t happy with me. Its connector charging port was ailing. Failing, actually, the service tech told me. And besides, it was an old phone, what did I expect? Old? This to a woman who is more than content, read “thrilled,” to wear outdated fashions just because she likes them. And would willingly keep computers way past their supposed “shelf life.” Sigh. OK, fine,
