TKTX before tattoos

TKTX is available in online without a prescription as the active ingredient combination lidocaine and prilocaine. These active ingredients can numb the skin on the surface of the skin before needles are inserted or before surgery. Therefore, TKTX can also be used before tattooing. The TKTX numbing cream can reduce the pain of tattooing at the beginning and during the course of a session. Applied locally, the TKTX cream reduces the sensation of pain on the area covered with cream. TKTX has been tried and tested and is characterized by its good effectiveness. The correct application of TKTX cream for optimal protection against pain: Apply the cream to the skin and cover with a bandage (airtight plastic film). The dosage of TKTX cream depends on the type of procedure and the skin area. TKTX is generally well tolerated. However, it must not be used in certain cases, for example: • If you have known hypersensitivity to lidocaine and / or prilocaine or other similar local anesthetics • on open wounds after tattooing • if you have an irregular heartbeat when certain medications are usedr TKTX should not get in eyes. Skin reactions in the form of pallor and subsequent reddening are to be expected due to the active ingredients contained. Applying cream • Start the application 1 to 5 hours before the planned tattoo. • Have cleaning agent, glove, cream, plastic film and adhesive strips ready. • If necessary, shave hairy areas of skin. • Clean the planned skin area (with water and soap, if necessary disinfectant). • Apply a thick layer of cream (approx. Half a 5 g tube per 10 cm 2, see technical information) to the skin (wear gloves). • Place the plastic film airtight over it (preferably several times). • At best, fix it with adhesive tape so that no cream escapes around the edges. • The exposure time is 1 to 5 hours. • Remove the bandage at home or at the tattoo artist and completely remove the remaining cream from the skin. Now the tattoo can start. • With an exposure time of 1 to 2 hours, the anesthesia lasts at least 2 hours. The skin of the face is an exception, the duration of the anesthetic is shorter here, because the skin of the face is thinner and better supplied with blood compared to other skin areas.
