Either you may have powder or you may have it in the tablet form. Traditional studies suggest taking this medication in the form of powder or chu a. You may mix 2 to 3 grams of the powder along with lukewarm water and mix it very well. You can have it either in the evening time every day or you may have it divided into three parts and have it throughout the day following a particular time.
