When we choose to come from a place that is real, that touches who we really are, we are then coming from our true selves. We are empowering our destiny, our truth, and our calling in this life when we act from our true form, from who we really are and not just from our idea or perception of self. What does this mean? It means looking at ourselves truthfully and really seeing if we are true to who we are. It is looking deep within and asking if how I am and how I act is who I really am. It is not confusing; although, it may feel this way, for often people believe that who they are is already real. They believe how one acts and behaves is everything; it is all of them. However, when left unchecked, we often develop into a ghost of our former self, and our real being, our true self, is left to wither and die within. Thus, it is vital, not only to our happiness, but our strength as well, to re-register the truth of who we are. It is about uncovering and constantly checking in to see if your behavior feels real. Does it speak to you? Perhaps it has been learned and it is justified as a presentation of self. By feeling your responses to life, hearing them, and thinking over them, we can determine if they are real. Sometimes it can feel unclear when you are determining if it is really is right. What can make it more clear it to ask yourself if how you behave makes sense to you. In a deeper more confident way, does it truly represent who you are? We find lots of reasons to validate our experiences in life by changing our behaviors to correlate to them. By this I mean, an emotion or a thought is brought up in a response to deal with our past; we then cling to this and place it onto our being as part of ourselves. We go forward with these ideas that we think are really part of us, when unde eath it all is our true self, the person who is really us, is demanding to be heard. We could be far different than the person we believe we are. What is most important about empowering your true self is that, by doing so, you are reaching your highest level of happiness and finding enlightenment, and by being your true form, nothing is in the way of the life you will lead. By seeking to understand yourself, you are already finding more happiness then was available to you before. Finding your own truth is like opening up all the possibilities of what is real to you. And living from this place enables you to live the life you are meant for.
