And when you find yourself receiving vibes that make you feel less than stellar, recognize that it’s time to change the channel.
The Love Channel is Always On
Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year...
There’s always something good on the Love Channel!
You’ve just got to remember to tune in and listen!
So pay attention to what you’re picking up...
If the thoughts, images, words or feelings in your head aren’t what you’d like them to be, you can change them.
It’s pretty easy to get caught up in the static of so many waves, flying through space and time...
But once you start practicing mindfulness, you get to consciously decide what energy you align with.
This means you recognize when you’re listening to static (Confused, perhaps?) or totally feeling out of sorts (Scan brought you to one of your least favorite stations: anger, sadness, depression, etc.).
Then, you can switch your tuner.*
*Important note: Switching your tuner can be tricky. You may need to get up and run around or take some deep breaths (Preferably outside).
If it were easy to stay tuned in to the Love Channel all the time, the world would be completely dreamy and everyone would always feel fantastic!
Truth is, some people still don’t even know about the Love Channel...
It’s our job to spread the word!
And then even when you know it’s there, it’s still easy to get that catchy self-talk stuck in your head...
Even if it’s disempowering nonsense... And you know it.
So make a commitment to do what it takes to change your station...
Find the Love Channel and you’re sure to feel better quick!
