Making daily affirmations are another key to law of attraction. Affirmations are positive statements that are repeated again and again throughout the day. They may be said aloud, written down, drawn, or thought about constantly. For instance, the affirmation “I am strong and healthy” may be repeated like a mantra whenever one remembers it, especially just before sleeping at night. One can also imagine himself looking great and healthy, or put pictures of himself in such a state in highly visible places, to serve as a constant reminder of what he wants to attract into his life.
