Everyone has those times in their lives. The kids are driving you crazy and can’t go out because it’s raining. You partner just came home from work grumbling and swearing under their breath. You feel like you’re coming down with a cold, and, oh yes, you just found out that you had a check bounce! For most of us, one or two stressful issues can be handled, but once we reach a certain point, we are overwhelmed with our lives and the level of our stress. We feel that tension in every muscle in our body. What some people may not know, however, is how wonderful EFT can be for relieving the daily stress that we all live with. There is no reason to live with your muscle tied in knots when some simple tapping can release the stress. Whether you use our sample script below, or create your own personal tapping script, don’t wait to discover how much help EFT can be in your life. Tapping Script For Dealing With Everyday Stress Setup Statements - Karate chop: * Even though I have way too much stress in my life and I’m not coping with it very well, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself. * Even though I feel overwhelmed by stress right now, and my entire body is tense and tight and I hate feeling like this, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself. * Even though it feels like I can’t possibly deal with all that’s going on, I choose to consider that I might be able to deal with one thing at a time, and that tapping could help, and I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself without judgement. Eyebrow: All this stress in my lifer Side of eye: I don’t know how to deal with itr Under eye: I’m feeling so overwhelmedr Under nose: With all the things going on in my lifer Chin: My body feels tense and tightr Collar bone: I don’t even feel comfortable in my own skinr Under arm: This is just way too much stress to handler Top of head: And I’m feeling completely overwhelmed. Eyebrow: I’m not handling this stress very wellr Side of eye: But I’m choosing to change thatr Under eye: I’ve been feeling overwhelmedr Under nose: But maybe I can let go of that feelingr Chin: All this stress couldn’t be good for me, physically or emotionallyr Collar bone: I’m making the choice to start releasing the stressr Under arm: Letting it just drain out of my body with each breathr Top of head: And replacing it with peace and serenity Eyebrow: I have so much stress in my lifer Side of eye: But I’m letting go of that stress, a little at a timer Under eye: I’m breathing out the stress and breathing in the peacer Under nose: Starting to feel more and more relaxedr Chin: And loving feeling that wayr Collar bone: It feels wonderful to get rid of that stressr Under arm: Who needs it? I’m letting it go! Top of head: Replacing that stress with peace and healing energy.
