We are now in the 4th part of this very interesting subject, of "how to be a millionaire." Actually, the word "Millionaire" in any aspect of your Subject line will probably confuse many people, because of the misinformation they have heard over the years about rich people, or millionaires. You know what I mean, for example, many people think of rich people as being greedy, or just plain low down and selfish people.

If you will study and do research on the rich, you will be very surprised to find out that most of them are people with great positive mental attitudes, and having people skills, and have integrity and a love for mankind. I know when I was growing up, I never heard anything good being said about rich or millionaire type people.

I've come to realize that the devil has put out there most of the lies about millionaires, in order to deter most people from having a desire to pursue being rich. The devil would rather have you and me poor than rich, because if we're poor he has a better chance of defeating us. You do know that the devil is man's greatest enemy?, particularly the Christian man and woman. The devil does not want us learning how to be a millionaire. It scares him.

I think it goes without saying that some people who are rich and millionaires have accumulated wealth using illegal means such as "pushing drugs," and other illegal methods of accumulating money. I don't have a handle on what percentage of the millionaire population would be classified as thieves and crooks, but based upon my research, you have to come to the conclusion that there is more than one type of rich people, and you cannot put them all into one group, as greedy, dishonest, and lacking scruples.

Consider the fact that we have among the poor and the middle class, people who are doing illegal business activity to make money, but I'm sure you will agree that we're not going to classify all of the poor or middle class as greedy and dishonest because some of them are lacking scruples.

We are on dangerous ground when we try to label any socio-economic group asrnall being dishonest or greedy or unscrupulous.

Now that we hopefully got that out of the way, I want to take you back to the first and second article posts on "how to be a millionaire." In those sections, you will recall that we talked about how thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, and actions lead to results. Everything begins with your thoughts which are produced by your mind.

You know what is amazing to me is that our mind is in large part, the basis for most of our life, but very few of us in the class of homo sapiens have any clue as to how this magnificent powerful apparatus functions. So, we need to start by taking a simple look at how your mind works. Your mind is basically like a big file cabinet, similar to what you see in your office or home. All the information that comes into the mind is labeled and filed away in folders, so that the data can be called upon to help you survive.

In every life situation, you go to the files of your mind to determine how you will respond and deal with a situation or circumstance. Let's say that you were thinking about a financial opportunity. You would would without hesitation go to the file labeled money, and with the data in that file decide what to do. Now this is important that you see and understand that the only thoughts that you can have about money will be based on what is stored in your money file. You will not be able to think beyond what is in your mind file relating to that category.

Having considered all of the data in your money file you decide to take certain steps that you believe to be correct. Here's the problem, the step(s) you decided to take may not be what will give you the successful outcome(s) you desire. Did you know that what makes perfect sense to you in that process of considering the data in your money file, may turn out to be on a consistent basis the wrong result(s)?

Are you ready for this conclusion? If you have data in your money file that does not provide financial succes for your project, there is no source data available to insure success. You can only make decisions based upon what is in your money file(s). So you may think that the decision you've made is the correct one, but at the end of the day, you may have financial failure, or just barely have some minute favorable result.

Conversely, if your money files have all kinds of supportive data for financial success, you will naturally and easily make the right decisions for financial success. You will not have to give it much thought, because your normal way of thinking will give you successful financial results.

At this point, I want you to take a few minutes and give me your thoughts as to what you're getting out of this discussion in the comment Box below. We'll pick up this discussion tomorrow on how to be a millionaire.

For years I have had a recurring fantasy; winning hundreds of millions of dollars in the lottery. How would my life change? What could I do where money would not be a concern? Where would I travel that I have yet to visit? What toys would I buy? And on and on. A few days ago I had a shift in my thinking. As I drove by a billboard on the side of the freeway indicating what the jackpot is this week, it occurred to me that many people who win the lottery actually end up with numerous problems that didn't exist prior to winning.
