Affirmations are powerful tools. I use affirmations to lift my spirits, to create calm and balance in my life. I also use affirmations to elicit the help of the universe in assisting me to create the life I want. Eva Graf, one of my teachers, has a wonderful method of using affirmations that I would like to pass on to you.
State the affirmation 3 x’s, write the affirmation 3x’s at 3 different times during the day for 21 days. At the end of 21 days you are finished with it. It is now time to throw it away. The idea is to use all of your senses: sight, hearing, touch (I have not worked in taste yet); and then let go of it! n
If for instance you are having some upset in a relationship you might say, see, hear and write, ‘All is well in my world, I send love to_______and receive only love back”. An affirmation that always works for me when my I have fewer active clients tha
I prefer: “I am moving towards abundance, I will receive ____ more clients over the next 3 weeks that will happily and easily invest in themselves; and whom I will enjoy working with.
When using affirmations you be honest with yourself as to what you are really willing to let in. If for instance you were to say I am in abundance rather than moving towards abundance and you did not believe that you are in abundance, than the affirmation would not be of service to you.
If you are unable to feel love towards the person in your relationship than use a different word, one that feels right to you and rings true!
When creating an affirmation you want to use positive language and present tense.
Examples of Affirmations:
- I am in the process of releasing all the anger, fear, worry and guilt that I have been holding onto so that I may begin living my life to the fullestnn • I am safe and supported, alwaysnn • I am in the process of letting go of my old negative patterns to make room for the new enlightenment I am now ready to receive.
- I make the commitment to release all resistance to change in my life immediately and forever.
- I recognize and accept my body as a good friendnn • All is well in my world
Before creating an affirmatio
I recommend that you relax your mind so that your inner voice may be heard clearly. Here is a meditation that I have found helpful for this purpose.
Meditation:
Sit in a quiet place or walk in a park, forest, beach. Put your intention into what you want to create. Notice what you are feeling, where in your body you are feeling it. Pay attention to what words you are using to tell yourself your thoughts about your intention. Now formulate an affirmation that feels correct to you.
Remember affirmations work best when they are stated in the positive, are realistic, feel, ring and are true for you!

4 Practices Necessary to Achieve Abundance in Your Life
Abundance is a hot topic these days. In one form or another it has always been around, though the way it is articulated changes. Justifiably so, plenty, prosperity, and a life full of good things is something we all want. We all want to manifest abundance in our personal worlds. Abundance is as much an attitude as it is something objectively identifiable. It is a feeling, a sense, a comfortableness with who we are and what we have. Paradoxically the sense of abundance often precedes getting the things we want. Abundance eludes the desperate and dissatisfied.
