The word “Chakra” comes from the Sanskrit and means “wheel” or “turning.” Chakras are “turning wheels or vortices of energy” that are located in the etheric body. The etheric body is the subtle counterpart and blueprint of the physical body.

Chakras serve as focal points for both the reception and transmission of energies. Chakras receive cosmic energies of varying degrees and then transmit them to the body.

We each have seven major Chakras in our etheric body which are connected with our physical body via seven endocrine glands. So essentially, Chakras bring cosmic energies into our physical bodies.

The idea of Chakras is not new. Knowledge about their existence goes back to ancient Hindu scriptures.

The Integrated Ascended Master is very familiar with the Chakras in his body and works with various tools to keep them balanced and clear.

Letting go of what happened to us, as well as how we felt, is very important in order to feel at ease and confident with where we are.

What burden is placed on those forced to be brothers in arms to survive wars and suffering, meant not for the innocent but for those guilty of making angels out of their own children. How much does it cost to let sons turn into murders and daughters into whores. How can any human live with such guilt? Only in ignorance. Only in turning ones back on truth. The world bleeds for us all, for life is dying. The more we learn of our history, the more we have realized that we owe more credit to our predecessors then we have been taught to give.
