You may be aware of the process of the law of attraction and the notion that our thoughts create our reality. However, are you really using this practice to your advantage?

If you unconsciously live in autopilot mode, you could be repeating the same dialogue in your head and with those you interact with. The life you are living now was once in the realms of energy and thought. You manifested exactly what you were putting out to the universe.

Raise your standards and know that you are worthy of having that life and are powerful enough to create it. Be very aware of the mental chatter and the conversations you keep rewinding and playing.

You can not put the same effort in and all of a sudden expect something different to happen. The impetus starts from the internal shift in your vibration. With an elevated energy, consciousness, and attitude, you can attract a more appealing reality. When your beliefs, thoughts, and feelings rise to the level of your heart's wishes, the universe responds and delivers alte
