Written by mark Joel
There are a number of other factors that come into play and can cause premature hair loss:-
1. Excessive use of chemical when hair coloring or hair styling.
2. Your hair don’t suit with chemical in shampoo or in coloring. Washing your hair with a shampoo that is too strong, or constantly dying the hair can gradually strip it of its natural oils which protect it and lead to hair loss.
3. Chemotherapy process in curing cancer. Chemotherapy drugs are powerful medications that attack rapidly growing cancer cells. Unfortunately, these drugs also attack other rapidly growing cells in your body — including those in your hair roots.
4. Imbalance diet. For healthy hair, eat a balanced diet that includes foods rich in folic acid, B6, and B12 like lean protein foods. Oranges and leafy greens are good sources of folic acid. Avocados, bananas, beans, and whole grains are good sources of B6. B12 is found in eggs, meats, and dairy foods.
5. Severe emotional stress.
6. Pregnancy. It’s common for women just finishing pregnancy to experience female baldness. Usually after two to three months after giving birth, a woman will notice a moderate to large amount of hair loss from combing or brushing.
7. Chronic Illness. Lenghty illness can make imbalance diet and constant taking of drugs/medication.
8. A number of medications, including retinoids, birth control pills, beta-blockers, certain antidepressants, NSAIDs (including iburpofen) and calcium channel blockers.
9. Age Related Hair Loss Factor - As we getting old, imbalances in hormones become more prevalent.
10. Brushing hair aggressively can causes hair loss meanwhile, proper scalp circulation by combing and brushing your hair daily about 100 strokes throughout the day help stimulate blood circulation throught the scalp and help provide the hair follicles with nutrition or nutrients which are essential to proper hair growth and hair health.
11. DHT is the most common cause of hair loss. DHT also causes increased body and facial hair. So if you have quite a lot of body hair and facial hair, as well as thinning hair on your scalp, you may have elevated DHT levels. DHT, or ‘dihydrotestosterone’ is a by-product of testosterone. It’s more common in men and is what causes male pattern baldness, or ‘androgenic alopecia’.
