Developing Your Psychic Ability

Most people believe that psychic ability is a special trait that only a few are born with. But this is a myth. It is a natural ability we all have! Just like learning to read, everyone is born with the ability to learn to be psychic.

The dictionary defines psychic as pertaining to the human soul or mind. But it is much more than that. Developing your psychic ability is about developing your potential as a human being, finding and living your purpose, connecting with your higher self, and being in touch with your soul. We haven’t even begun to understand how much we are capable of achieving.

Here’s a psychic exercise you can try. With a friend, hold a personal object of theirs in your left hand. Close your eyes and tune into the energy of the object. Have your friend ask you a question they need some insight on. While your eyes remain closed, you will begin to receive psychic impressions, which can come from any of your senses. You may get a picture in your mind of something, smell it, hear it, or just get a knowing or a feeling. Whatever the impression, tell your friend. This accomplishes two things. Speaking it provides the ability to bring more information in from incremental sound energy. In turn, your friend can now give you feedback and confirmation of your impression.

We experience the everyday world through our five senses, and it is the same with psychic ability. Psychic impressions can come in any one of the 5 senses.

In my work teaching about psychic abilities, students learn to relax, focus, and concentrate through meditation. They also learn to project their mind to different places to obtain information. All this is done with the power of your own mind. No tools are used. The most powerful computer on the planet exists in our very own heads it is the brain! And by learning to develop your psychic ability, you can learn to access more of this powerful computer.
