The pilgrimage is a spiritual journey to a sacred place or shrine. Any movement or sense of morality is exalted pilgrimage. All followers of world religions such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism believe in pilgrimage.
Christen believe in pilgrimage to the invocation of the relationship with the Lord Jesus and through him to God. The pilgrimage is an important part of spiritual life for many Christen. Christen see life as a spiritual journey to God and returns to God through the Lord Jesus. The pilgrim seeks to separate himself from the daily conce
s of the world, and spending time with the Lord Jesus in a place linked to his physical existence.
There is a list of sacred places of pilgrimage for baptism. The shrines called the most important are related to the Lord Jesus, the Old Testament and New Testament.
The tomb of Mary is also there. Bethlehem to visit the garden, place of birth of Lord Jesus in Nazareth, Vatican City is another important place of pilgrimage by Christen.. Many visit the places where Jesus lived, especially during the Christian holidays. St.Peters Basilica in Rome, Italy, is also popular place of pilgrimage.
Muslim believes Pilgrimage to Mecca during the month of Dhu al Hijjah, and to consider the ultimate act of worship to Allah. The holy places accepted by all Muslim are Masjid al Haram in Mecca, Masjid an Nabawi in Medina, and Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem. The holy places accepted by the different sects of Muslim have many different places of pilgrimage
The Hindu also likes to undertake pilgrimages to their religion places the auspicious day. The Hindu has many places where pilgrims invoke a sense of spirituality in them. More important pilgrimage sites for Hindu include: Allahabad, Haridwar, Pushkar, Rishikesh, Somnath, Tirupati, Vaishno Devi, etc., and they are all in India. The four destinations for pilgrims of Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri and Rameshwaram are considered the most sacred and all are in India. It is believed that the trip to these places leads to enlightenment, liberation of thought from the cycle of rebirth.
The believe
of Buddhism feels a sense of spirituality invoked by the pilgrimage to Lumbini: The birthplace of Buddha, Bodh Gaya: the place of Buddha enlightenment, Sarnath where Buddha gave his first teachings and Kusinara India where the Lord Buddha died. The believe
of Sikhism, from where my egoism originated, believe pilgrimage to Amritsar in India as most sacred.
I am based in India and during my youth, I had the opportunity and visited the most sacred places of the faith of many such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism. My goal pilgrimage was to get something ready for the physical state of the lords of the respective faiths, without accepting him and his philosophy. Perhaps my pilgrimages were like any traveler in many places. So I remained a virgin and attained nothing.
For me, the pilgrimage to any holy place or sanctuary, with the daily conce
s of the world and absorbed in thoughts of selfishness, possession or business is a waste of time and wealth. The pilgrimage to any holy place or shrine without understanding the preaching of deity and commitment to practice does not fetch anything spiritual. The pilgrimage to any holy place or sanctuary, wins honor inner thinking mind.
Even if a person is a meditation on the Lord teaching of faith or Allah, Oneness of God, individual selfishness makes pilgrims more deeply into the sacred space in pure consciousness and creates a sense of spirituality in him. A true pilgrimage is to practice to accept his evil deeds and thoughts of reconciliation and engage in thoughts to show the kind of pleasures with others.
The spiritual relationship comes to life with a physical space in pure consciousness. If my thinking mind, does not feel any devotion to the lord of pilgrimage, and continue absorbed in thoughts of their activities and problems, physical pilgrimage creates no relationship, and is lost in all.
Without the dedication and freedom of thought, the act of pilgrimage can not do anything. It is noted that, in physical life much more products in the world can not be obtained and completed without a sense of karma devotion.
The profound meditation on the pilgrimage, in conscience, made me realize one thing. Do not be attached to the physical world of the Lord. Be attached to his teaching to carry in heart. It is he who gives karma for all types of physical life. My physical life should not forget my lord of the Faith, Ram or Allah or the unity of God, while the inner pilgrimage is in my conscience of inner self for daily prayer and confession
