Many times people are looking at addiction as using a drug or some substance and not being able to control themself, but I have found there are addictions that are stronger than any drug out there. I have put together this lists of addictions that has nothing to do with a drugs. These are some main addictions, that are stronger than any drug you could put in you body.

1. Power&Controln Power & Control, some people will do n any thing for control, they will bribe n you,threaten,seduce you,lie,delive

2. Attentionn Attention, some people will do anythingn to get attention it does not matter ifn It is good or bad as long as they aren getting It. Linda teaches the dynamics of alcoholism, addiction, denial, family dynamics, defense mechanism and behavior modification. she has facilitated Co-dependency groups, teaching on how childhood traumas still carries into there adult life causeing destructive behaviors. She teaching them how to use the mirror to face themself, learn how to write to find themself. Educate and support Individuals with one-on-one's, group and Family counseling.

If you live with an alcoholic you will almost certainly feel shame. Some people will experience it to a very high level others less so but almost everyone who lives with an alcoholic experiences it to some degree. You will probably feel anxious that people will discover your secret, that they will judge you and, inevitably, will find you unacceptable to be around decent people. Seeing it written down like that it probably seems stupid. How could anyone feel that.
